Founder & Principal Consultant
Cecilia Owsley MSN, RN, RCA
Cecilia Owsley brings extensive experience in healthcare leadership, having served as COO, CNO, Executive Director, and Director of Nursing in assisted living and community based care settings, and bedside and leadership roles in acute care. She is a proud Gonzaga MSN alumna, NCAL 2023 Leader of the Year, and an active advocate through IHCA and NCAL committees.
Beyond her executive roles, Cecilia has spent over a decade in community service, including work with the Alzheimer’s Association and youth mentorship. At Nightingale, she combines her expertise in leadership development, regulatory compliance, and innovative care strategies with her passion for mental health advocacy and holistic wellness, driving inclusive, person-centered solutions for assisted living and community-based care.
CTO
Darren Owsley
Darren Owsley is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in higher education IT and enterprise systems. From 2016 to 2023, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Gonzaga University. He now serves as Deputy CIO and Chief Information Security Officer, overseeing Gonzaga’s technology operations and security strategy.
Previously, Darren held leadership roles at Washington State University and the University of Idaho, advancing from systems development to enterprise management. A graduate of the University of Idaho in Business Information Systems, he has also completed leadership programs through the NorthWest Academic Computing Consortium and Gonzaga University.
